Bogdan Stoica (1968) studied architecture at the "Ion Mincu" University of Architecture and Urbanism in Bucharest, receiving his diploma in 1996. Since then he developed his architectural career as employee, until 2004 when he co-founded ARHI GRUP with George Mihalache.

George Mihalache (1973) was educated at the "Ion Mincu" University of Architecture and Urbanism in Bucharest, where he graduated in 1997. After his graduation he worked as both employee and freelancer. In 2003 he met Bogdan Stoica, with whom started ARHI GRUP one year later.

Prior to initiating the ARHI GRUP venture, the two managers of the company consistently achieved experience as senior architects, developing extensive projects for renowned international and Romanian clients.
Both of them are registered architects at the Romanian Order of Architects.
